DigiBoxx Teams Up with Arctera for Secure Cloud Backup
Indian cloud storage service Digiboxx has announced the integration of Backup Exec, a cloud backup and recovery solution developed by Arctera, into its Megh3 platform designed for enterprises. This unified solution aims to serve small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), larger enterprises, and government institutions across the country.
During a press briefing in Delhi on December 13, DigiBoxx highlighted the simplicity and security of the new service. “It keeps things simple by allowing customers to choose the what, when, and where of backup, while focusing on data security with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), integrated 128-/256-bit AES industrial-strength encryption, and built-in protection against malware, ransomware, and other anomalies that may compromise data”, the company stated.
Arnab Mitra, CEO of DigiBoxx, emphasized the benefits of the cloud-based service, stating, “With Arctera Backup Exec, businesses can avoid the complexities of investing in hardware and hiring IT professionals to manage the backup process.
