As one of the notable steps the prestige jeweler has made so far into the world of e-Commerce, Tata CLiQ Luxury in India has entered into an agreement with Bvlgari to develop the latter's first virtual boutique for that market. The aim behind the collaboration between the luxury house and Tata CLiQ is to help reach maximum distribution for its high-end collections in this fast-emerging customer market.
There will be a selection of carefully crafted iconic Bvlgari creations, such as India-inspired B.zero1 Kada Bracelet, and the Bvlgari Mangalsutra alongside other best-sellers that would include Serpenti Viper bracelets and B.zero1 rings. Beyond these best-sellers, clients can view the highly-revered Octo Finissimo collection and Octo Roma watches, among many other leather goods and accessories.
Gopal Asthana, Tata CLiQ CEO, is really thrilled at the prospect of hosting Bvlgari. "It is our honor to partner with Bvlgari in the e-commerce space here. Synonymous with sublime craftsmanship and aesthetic excellence, we have augmented our bouquet with this launch. We hope to introduce Indian consumers to the very best of the luxury brands from around the world through the online route and to create an online luxury retail experience that would be unparalleled.
Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari, said that this partnership is very important for reaching customers across India. "This important partnership allows us to bring our iconic designs to a wider audience, connecting with customers who share our passion for beauty, excellence, and exquisite craftsmanship. We aim to offer an online shopping experience that mirrors the warmth and attention found in our boutiques", he said.
Apart from this, Tata CLiQ Luxury and Bvlgari are going to launch luxury concierge service, which will help deliver personalized shopping experiences facilitated by Bvlgari trained professionals. This is yet another effort to enhance the entire luxury shopping experience for the consumer in India.
