  • Adani Cement and CREDAI have partnered to promote sustainable and high-quality urban construction across India.
  • CREDAI members will gain direct access to Adani Cement’s supply chain and technical expertise, ensuring consistent quality and sustainability.
  • The collaboration aims to enhance construction standards, ensure timely project completion, and offer a competitive edge to developers.
In a strategic move to enhance the quality and sustainability of urban infrastructure, Adani Cement Ltd. and the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) have entered into a partnership. The announcement was made during CREDAI’s Governing Council Meeting held in Goa.
Adani Cement, which contributes to nearly 30% of the cement used in India's housing and infrastructure sectors, will now offer direct access to its vast supply chain for CREDAI’s extensive network of real estate developers. The alliance follows Adani Cement recently crossing the milestone of 100 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) capacity.
This partnership is poised to deliver significant benefits to CREDAI members, offering access to Adani Cement’s range of products, including advanced concrete solutions. More than just materials, the collaboration extends to sharing technical expertise to promote high-quality and eco-friendly construction practices.
Vinod Bahety, CEO – Cement Business, Adani Group, said, “This collaboration aligns perfectly with our vision of building a greener, smarter urban future – one where Adani Cement’s technical expertise and CREDAI’s on-ground experience come together to create stronger, safer, and more sustainable structures”.
CREDAI leadership expressed optimism, highlighting how the assured supply of cement and shared know-how will empower developers to improve project execution and elevate quality standards. The initiative is expected to accelerate sustainable construction and bring a competitive edge to India’s real estate sector.
