Vakrangee Introduces India's First Rural Focused Loyalty Program

Vakrangee Limited, an IT service management company, launches the country's first rural-focused program named Vakrangee Kendra loyalty program. This program has been introduced to bag loyalty by providing customers with additional benefits and rewarding experience across its network of Nextgen Vakrangee Kendras.

"At Vakrangee our focus has always been on our customer's convenience and we put them at the forefront of our platform, offering them a wide range of products and services to choose from, now with loyalty program we shall be able to leverage Artificial Intelligence and build our knowledge on their behavioural spending, thus resulting into new offerings, deals and more transactions. By increasing our focus on customer loyalty we would ensure that our customers feel valued, are rewarded, and receive communications that are more engaging," says Anil Khanna, Managing DirectorVakrangee Limited. 

The loyalty program aims to be one among the country's largest rural loyalty program focused particularly on the untapped rural customer base. At present, Vakrangee has about 21,000 Nextgen Vakrangee Kendras out of which 8,500 are functioning and over 12,500 are under on-boarding process. These kendras are spread across India's states & union territories, over 500 districts and 5,800 postal codes. Currently, about 70 percent of the outlets are in tier 5 and tier 6 cities. Thus, Vakrangee is aiming to reach atleast 25,000 outlets by FY2019-20.
