3) FUBU founder Daymond John: Don’t Chase the Money
Daymond John is the founder and owner of “FUBU”, which is an American clothing company with a net worth of $ 250 million. John says that he got his best advice from his mother when he was growing. John’s mother said, “Money is the great slave but horrible master.”
He believes that all the old sayings that our grandmother and grandfather used to tell are real. In starting days Daymond John uses to do business because he wanted to be rich and most of the time he failed and later when he started doing things with passion, the same business succeeded.
"I learned that over the years. And then after becoming wealthy and having money, I failed at a lot of things, and that reinforced some of those theories that I was told at a young age,” said John.
