Global technology and services firm Tech Mahindra has acquired BORN Group, one of the leading digital transformation agencies with a focus on customer experience and enterprise commerce solutions. It is the latest acquisition to Tech Mahindra’s portfolio of innovative and strategic digital solution agencies. BORN continues to operate as an independent entity under the Mahindra Group umbrella and looks forward to continue the path of success together.
