Sophos Hires Ex-Mcafee SVP Gavin Struther To Lead APJ


Sophos, a global leader in network & endpoint security has delegated McAfee veteran Gavin Struthers as its regional vice president for the Asia Pacific and Japan. Based out of Singapore officer, Struthers will be accountable for pushing strategic business growth plans and perfection in channel operations.

Speaking about the addition, Michael Valentine, senior vice president, worldwide sales, Sophos says “We’re very excited to have Gavin join Sophos for this next chapter of his career. Prior to Sophos, Struthers contributed 16 years at McAfee where he handled several senior leadership positions in the US and within the Asia-Pacific region, most newly working as senior vice president & president, APAC at McAfee. During his time at McAfee, Struthers co-operated with partners, distributors, and led service providers to deliver sales strategies and growth across the region.
