Saas startup, SmartKarrot has successfully raised $1million in an angel funding round. The company witnessed several high net worth investors and promoters participation in the funding round. SmartKarrot intends to utilize the funding to enhance the company's online platform. Also, SmartKarrot plans to focus on improving its Indian R&D operations and India market acquisition, one of the largest growing SaaS markets.

The company provides a complete view of customers who use digital led or subscription-oriented businesses. Further, the software monitors the customer's and end user's real-time digital behavior, to take strategic action which could enhance a product's profitability.

SmartKarrot's software tracks the customer's online activity and estimates their product usage, revenue generated, along with the customer's engagement and support experience. Moreover, SmartKarrot software enables multi-channel communication such as SMS, email, web push, and in-app surveys. The product intelligence is produced through event workflows, heat maps and segmentation.
