PowerGrid Net Climbs 37 Percent to

Mumbai, May 30: Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has reported a 37 percent increase in net profit at 
1,032 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.
The company has reported a 21 per cent increase in net profit at 3,255 crore for 2011-12 fiscal.
Total income stood at 3,409 crore during the fourth quarter, up 32 per cent from 2,580 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The stock was trading at 106, down 1.49 per cent on the BSE.
