PhonePe and GiveIndia Join Hands to Launch Donations for the Causes

One of India’s largest transactions platform, Phonepe and GiveIndia, one of country’s most trusted giving platform partner together to launch donations on PhonePe. With this collaboration, PhonePe users will have a convenient and easy way to contribute to causes in a seamless, secure and transparent manner.

Several nonprofits on various social causes such as Nanhi Kali, Akshaya Patra Foundation, Pratham, CRY, WWF, Cuddles Foundation, Goonj, Helpage India are powered by GiveIndia. Phonepe will be showcasing these nonprofits, which have gone through an in-depth, due-diligence process to make sure all donations reach the intended beneficiaries and make a real impact in the lives of the undeserved. Along with this, GiveIndia also offers periodic progress reports to the donors on the beneficiaries and programs they support.

2. Select NGO

3. Enter Details

4. Enter Amount

5. Select Payment Instrument and Pay

Established in 2000, GiveIndia has a community of over one million donors and over 150 corporate partners, who have supported more than 800 trusted nonprofits. With this donation, GiveIndia will share the 80G certificate with the customer and they can claim tax exemption to the tune of 50 per cent of the entire donated amount. It also retains 10 per cent of the donated amount as fundraising costs.
