At Microsoft, Nadella led major projects including the company's move to cloud computing and the development of one of the largest cloud infrastructures in the world. His annual pay is estimated as $84.3 million.

Lawrence Ellison

Lawrence Ellison is the co-founder and CEO of Oracles. Hailing from a humble background and modest beginnings, he managed to emerge as a business leader. After building databases for the CIA, Ellison founded database software firm Oracle in 1977. So far it remains one of the hugest and most successful ventures. Apart from business he has made a brief cameo appearance in the 2010 movie Iron Man 2. His annual pay is estimated as $67.3 million.
