He is walking in the footsteps of his father, prepping himself to take over the company when his father retires. Aditya has already done so much for the company leading its acquisition team that opened up expansion plans in Europe.

He holds many other posts overlooking various other divisions of the company. He is also into charitable works having donated 15 million Euros to Great Ormond Street Hospital. He is responsible for Flat Americas, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Investor Relations, Strategy and Communications for the company. Aditya is married to Megha Mittal who owns a German fashion line called Escada.
