Investment Expert Matt Bryson Joins Madwire as its New CFO


Madwire, a tech-enabled marketing software & service company appoints Matt Bryson as its new Chief Financial Officer. He will assume the role from Joe Kellogg, Madwire’s Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and current Chief Financial Officer. "It's hard to top my Dad's execution as CFO up to this point, but we are in great hands with Matt, and I'm excited about what he brings to the table," said JB Kellogg, Madwire's Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. "Matt will help us further improve our efficiency and performance as well as tackle the many opportunities before us."

An MBA graduate from Babson College, Matt, in his new role, will leverage his extensive industry experience to enhance the company’s economic growth in the sector, strengthen the finance department, and oversee opportunities for growth, corporate development, and investor relations. Commenting on his new role, Matt, says, “I've witnessed first-hand the tremendous growth of Madwire as an investor at Copley over the past four years and am thrilled to join them full time as Chief Financial Officer.  I'm excited about helping to continue to build the #1 marketing platform that fuels the growth of small and medium sized businesses”.

Prior to Madwire, Matt was working for Copley Equity Partners as its Prinicipal and Vice President, where he guided the company with his knowledge by evaluating investment opportunities and assisting portfolio companies with growth initiatives. At Copley, he invested in and served as a board member for Hospital Couriers Corporation, a courier services company serving healthcare and North Star Leasing, an equipment financing company. He also held leadership roles at WilherHale and Fidelity Investments.
