Bharat Bandh Disrupted Business

Bangalore: The Bharat Bandh has brought about great trouble in business transactions in some of the major cities. All political parties have called out for protests and public transportation like the buses, auto rickshaws and trains has been shut down but there are some cities which are not much affected.

In Lucknow, the Samajwadi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party have given a call to stage protest against the petrol price rise. They have asked the hospitals and transport services to remain closed. Though Sudhir Bora the General Secretary of Lucknow Petrol Dealers Association refused to stay a part of the bandh. Gopal Agarwal the State President of Samajwadi Party has directed his members of the traders’ wing to inspect the markets and ensure that the shops remain closed and many traders have supported the bandh as well.
