2: Always Siliconindia focuses attention on People of Indian origin but not on those residing in India. There are many Management experts within the country.

3: When you say Indians you mean Indian origin right? most of them are not Indian citizens and probably not even doing anything for India. Probably they would be ashamed also being from Indian origin....
