Bangalore: A company’s reputation does not only depend upon the quality of the product it sells, but it is also very important to take right decisions at the time of crisis.

To build a reputation is a lifetime task but to destroy it, even a small event is more than enough. Here is a list of 6 companies which has bad reputations due to several reasons, listed by Huffington Post.

1. JPMorgan Chase

It is an American multinational banking company that provides financial survives to people in different forms. In the year 2012, JPMorgan Chase was voted as the second largest bank in the world in terms of its assets.

But, there are few reasons which make this company hold up bad reputations. When they provided loan to home owners, they initially promised their customers to give only some percentage of money and later give them the full amount. But they never kept up their promise made to their customers and the company CEO and other people were put behind bars. Infact, from then JP Morgan Chase was considered to be the worst company in U.S.

The company is also known for its careless attitude towards its customers, where the company will promptly request for information through fax and later, the customer would again receive a letter stating that they never received the letter. Then the customer has to resend the information once again.
