Michael Gaughan, the casino mogul opened this casino in 1986. It was the first casino in Las Vegas to have a movie theater.

Trump Entertainment Resorts owns 2 casinos and ‘Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino’ is one of them. It was designed by Martin Stern and was opened for public in 1984. Trump Plaza was a combined venture of Donald Trump and Harrah’s Atlantic City.

This casino has a total of 2,137 gaming machines with 105 table and poker games. It is located in an area of 91,181 square feet and the hotel has 728 rooms with 12 restaurants and bars.
