Bangalore: Like last few years, Asian companies have once again come to rule the list of industry verticals across the world.

Global consulting firm Hay Group conducted a study on organizations that expect their employees to step up and lead ahead. The study was conducted in each continent across the world, among which Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, and General Electric stands out as the top three companies that motivate their leaders by providing opportunities to lead others.

Among the 10 Asian companies, Tata Group is the only Indian company that was featured under the list of best Asian companies.

Here is a list of 10 best Asian companies, compiled by Rediff.

1. DHL International

Global Headquarters: Germany

DHL International is a German company and a part of DHL Express. It provides international express mail services across the world.

The headquarters of DHL are located in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

The rival companies of DHL are -FedEx, UPS, TOLL, TNT and national post carriers such as United States Postal Service and Royal Mail.
