It has become very clear for these companies, that it is not possible to entice their employees with a sweeter carrot or threaten them with a sharper stick; most of the companies are of the opinion that motivational talks by the successful celebrities are the best way to keep working environment healthy so that it can bring out the best from the employees.

Ever since, these books were released, they have remained as the best selling books. Infact, he has been voted as the 100 most influential people in the world by “Time” magazine.

Apart from being an author, he is given speeches in many educational institutions. He gave a speech for BBM students at symbiosis and “Becoming One with the World" speech at the HT Leadership Summit Delhi. It is said that, he charges between 5-6 lakhs and makes approximately 45-50 speeches in a year.
