E-Spin Nanotech

About the Company

E-Spin Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise primarily focused on research and development of high quality and cost-effective nano-fiber products. We manufacture electro-spinning units for nano-fibres production for lab as well as industrial applications. The company provides user specific electro-spinning units not only to universities and R&D laboratories but also to other business domains. It fosters research and development in micro/nano fabrication and offers research consultancy in the area of product development and commercialization.

Current Market Landscape

Nanotechnology enables miniaturization and advancement of science and technology. It has improved present technologies in terms of performance, speed and accuracy. It finds its application in every field of life from energy to biomedical applications.

Specifically, investing on product development based on nanotechnology and nano materials can significantly address most of the global issues related to energy, pollution, remediation, sensors and biomedical applications. In such a scenario, huge opportunities are knocking for industry participants to tap this fast growing market.

According to global reports, nanotechnology based research and product developments are emerging as a major share-holder in application and service sectors. Use of nanotechnology has already made a huge impact in electronics, energy, cosmetics, medical, defense and food and agriculture sectors. According to a BCC Research Report, the global nanotechnology industry will grow to reach US$ 75.8 Billion by 2020.

Addressing the Challenges

Currently, Indian manufacturing facilities, quality raw materials, resources and testing facilities for product development are not up to the mark.  E-Spin always faces challenges in product development due to lack of all these essential requirements. In addition to this, availability of skilled persons is big challenge in front of them. E-Spin Nanotech has tried hard to address some of these issues by developing required facility for product development and testing and training the employees in its own premises.

Services

E-Spin Nanotech believes that there is an urgent need to bring innovative and state-of-the-art nanotechnology products/services to better serve the society and their clients in particular. Primarily, their business deals with nano fiber products manufacturing and machine development. Additionally, they also provide nanotechnology consultancy services. The consultancy part helps them to support the client’s organizational progress and also gives them an extra edge over competitors. They have innovated new techniques using high voltage spinning to make very fine fibers (~50 nanometer) by using various polymer melts. Further, they are in process to develop nano-fiber products in various areas such as energy, biotechnology, filtration and automobiles. They provide nano-fibers products and continuous service support to clients so that they feel comfortable and enjoy working with them.
