Manipal University Jaipur  organizedits third ‘E-Conclave 2017’ at its campus from Jan 20, 2017-Jan 22, 2017. The programme was inaugurated with lighting of the lamp by Mr. Vijay Saxena, research officer, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Rajasthan, Prof. Kumkum Garg, Pro-President, Manipal University Jaipur  and Prof. B.K. Sharma, Dean, Research and Innovation, MUJ.

The main theme of the event was “To sensitize students regarding the concept of entrepreneurship and promote start-ups while they are in the process of completing their education”. During the inaugural session Mr. Vijay Saxena said that the main work of DST is develop the scientific temperament in the children. He also told about IPR and GI workshop.  On this occasion Prof. Kumkum Garg asked about the many challenges of entrepreneurship. She suggested to student for create jobs and use the new technology. In this connection Prof. B. K. Sharma welcomed to all guests and participants.After inaugural session advocate subramaniamVutha, Mr. FalgunBuch and Mr. Y.D. Panwar also addressed to students.

Prof. Rajkishore Pareek, Convener of the event told that Intern fair, business plan competition, boot camp, entrepreneurship awareness camp, national workshop on Intellectual property rights and geographical indications and many other event organized during the three days conclave and many eminent personality delivered guest lectures on the theme of the event. He told almost 200 students were participated in the event.Prof. Pareek expressed that Dean, Faculty Affair, Prof. Awdesh Kumar, HoD, Economics, Prof. N.D. Mathur, HoD, Civil Department, Prof. A.D. Vyas, Col. P. M. Meena, Dean, Directors and faculty members of the MUJ were present on this occasion.

He told the closing ceremony completed with the certificate distribution to the participation. Prof. Sandeep Sancheti, President, MUJ, was the chief guest of the closing ceremonyprogramme. During the  closing ceremony of the programme Prof. Sandeep Sancheti address to participants and asked Enterprises to be started with  very simple things, We need to face the challenges & find the ways for innovations. He said the best thing is write down the ideas, test it. Prof. Sanchetistated that Important is how we can give back to the society. Without failing there is no learning, so keep on trying & learning. Dr Ram Dayal welcomed the Chief Guest, Prof. Sancheti, President, MUJ in the beginning of the closing ceremony. Durinng the closing ceremonyMs Renu Bapna, Dy Director with Govt of Rajasthan, Dr Jangodia from Manipal University Manipal and Dr Mayank form University of Rajasthantalked about GI for entrepreneurs. Prof. A.D. Vyas, HoD, Civil Department gave an presentation on “Innovation on water sanitation and hygiene”In the end of the programme Prof. Sancheti, distributed Certificate to participants. Deepankar, student president of E Cell gave a vote of thanks.
