International Institute for Learning in Management Business School believes that placement is not a mere event but a continuous process of understanding and evaluating the students and preparing them for the industry and its operational requirements. 
 
Besides continuous academic input every student is imparted training in development of soft skills, business kills, personality development, communication skills and most importantly the ultimate polish for turning him into a business professional. Placement counseling begins early in the program and continues with live exposure to the industry & its dynamics. 
 
The placement Cell initiates and nurtures contacts with leading organizations for campus visits and is functional throughout the year. It endeavors to match the aspirations of the students with the needs of the industry. 
 
The Placement Cell provides counseling & guidance to the students regarding the visiting organizations and the selection strategy. Students are especially given extensive training to face interviews, write resumes and develop a dynamic personality through workshops. 
 
Also, corporate interaction events and activities are planned to ensure that the institute never loses focus on the skill sets and learns what a recruiter looks for in a budding manager. 
 
Objectives:
 
1. To keep track of the current status of our ex-students and to record and maintain their needs and comments. 
2. To create and maintain a data-bank on profiles of our present students. 
3. To built and maintain good relations with the industry, inviting groups for campus interviews, getting feedback on our students performance etc. 
4. To keep track of all advertisements related to the Industry and communicating them to the concerned.
5. To organize personality development programs, inviting industry experts for visiting the campus etc.
6. To assist our students in getting training and outgoing students in placement.
