The mission of the Institute of Management Studies, Saharanpur is to be a centre of excellence for professional education, training, research and related activities to build a wider knowledge base and deeper understanding of the world of Business and Management promoting the principles of equity, socio-economic justice and inclusiveness. The Institute is also committed to making contribution to empower people to improve lives and contribute responsibly in the global community, and to encourage debate on the relationship between ethics, morality and business in such a manner as the Institute shall from time to time direct.

An active step taken by the promoters of IMS-SAHARANPUR has been unchallenged so far. The institute has been constructed in a way so as to provide the most versatile environment in literary terms. The effort of creating a niche for the students, faculty and the contributing promoters has been a success. It has been approved by AICTE and the institute is ready to set the ball in motion from 2009.The institute and the entire staff promises to provide vision, leadership and a strategy that will be a dynamic source of education, learning and will prove to be a key factor for providing internal synergies.
