The course is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, New Delhi and H.P.Government, and is affiliated to H.P. University, Shimla. The institute is located in the most picturesque and serene environment of Himachal Pardesh at Kala Amb on Yamuna Nagar-Nahan State Highway No. 1 in 25 acres sprawling campus having well established library, well equipped computer lab, well ventilated class rooms, canteen, lecture halls, seminar hall, separate boys & girls hostel, indoor-outdoor games facility, bus transportation facility etc. the institute uses latest technological tools as OHP, LCD Projectors etc. for imparting education to the students. The students are exposed to guest lecturers by experts of various fields and have regular interaction with industry through industrial visits etc. Workshops on communication and personality development, seminars, group discussions, case studies etc. are regular features of the curriculum. 2) At least 50% marks are required in graduation for General category, 45% for SC/ST
