Institute of Professional Studies And Research (IPSAR) – started as an endeavor in 1988 by Dr. R.N. Misra – a visionary educationist of Orissa in the field of Management and Cost Accountancy. In less than two decades IPSAR has evolved into eastern India’s premier management institute. Effective governance and quality education from the very start has resulted in the Institute becoming a Group of Educational Institutions in the state of Orissa.
