The Asan Institute of Management was established in 1997 in recognition of the vital need to develop competent managers and IT professionals to meet the growing needs of the country. During this short span, the Institute has emerged as one of the premier institutes in the South, offering high quality education in the areas of Management and Information Technology.

The full time MBA and MCA programmes offered by the Institute are approved by the AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India and are affiliated to the University of Madras. The Institute has a 45,000 sq.ft. spacious and impressive building with several well laid-out class rooms, conference halls, syndicate rooms, library and lab facilities.

Today the Asan Group of Academic Institutions is marching towards 50 years in the field of academics and teaching, providing a rapidly evolving global environment with the promising work force and entrepreneurs by transforming, teaching & training aspiring students to be responsible contributors to their communities and beyond.

This Group of Institutions functions on self-financing basis. No grant is obtained from Government or any funding agency to meet capital expenditure or day-to-day expenses. It sustains itself on the self generated funds for its establishment and development.

Eligibility

MBA

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and satisfactory test score in MAT Entrance Test conducted by AIM, New Delhi / TANCET for MBA conducted by Anna University / CMAT/CAT/ XAT or any other approved MBA Entrance Tests.
