About Alliance Ascent College, Bangalore

Courses Offered:
Master of Business Administration
2-years fulltime programme

Eligibility:
Minimum of 3 years of Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% aggregate, from any University or equivalent.
Candidates appearing for final year Bachelor Degree examinations can also apply. Provided they complete all degree certification by 30th August 2011
Candidates who wish to apply for MBA+PGPTM are required to take any of the following entrance test
    Any competitive examinations (CAT/MAT/XAT/K MAT/ SNAP/ATMA/FMS or thers) or entrance test conducted by Excel(EBAT)
    GD(Group Discussion) and
    PI(Personal Interview)
Candidates who wish to obtain the Excel Prospectus for MBA +PGPTM through courier or post should send a DD of Rs.850/- in favor Excel Business Academy payable at Bangalore and send to the Institution address and those who wish to take it personal should pay Rs.800/- at the Institution admissions counter.


Admission process:
Candidates will be called for Counseling and Personal Interview only after they have successfully completed Academics and national level competitive tests. Please note that the Counseling and Personal Interview is necessary for either of the above mentioned programs and there is no exemption for these irrespective of exemption from the Alliance Ascent College written test.


Placement cell:
Start with an end in mind. Students have a lot to explore while they enter the Alliance Ascent College, but what they all have in common is the zeal to achieve what they desire. Their goals may change several times, but the persistent efforts that they put into realizing them encourages them to think big and achieve those goals! At the end of their course, students will be faced with many career options. Recognizing this, the Alliance Ascent College has set up a Placements and Career Advisory Center. This Center is active in connecting with students. It provides opportunities to bring students and recruiting partners together. The final year students are counseled by this center on the choice of a career path that is best suited for them. The Center is dedicated to providing job search and preparation assistance, information on job and internship opportunities, employment resources and other programs to bring companies to campus.
