ST: What is your job there?
PM: Developing web applications. I work on LAMP & other open source technologies.
ST: What do you like about your job?
PM: End-to-end product development, as it gives me the satisfaction of developing the complete product.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
PM: Apart from the technical side, dealing with the challenges of a typical startup such as finance crunch, people crunch, etc.
ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
PM: Using a framework (symfony for PHP) for developing code has been of much help. Working on Open Source gives you an edge by giving exposure to the community of thousands of other developers who are always there to help.

ST: What is your job there?
RT: As a part of Performance Advisor Team at the Storage Management and pplication Group, I write software to determine performance bottlenecks and trouble shoot performance problems.
ST: What do you like about your job?
RT: Informal workplace setting, ability to telecommute, flexible timings, ability to discuss freely across hierarchies, proximity to my house and a great 24 hr n-house cafeteria.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
RT: Monitoring performance as exhaustively as possible without affecting
scalability.
ST:What have you found that makes your job easier?
RT: Ample design time, peer reviews, a Wiki to quickly track developments, scripting languages like awk and perl, simple debugging aids like valgrind, gdb, and other open-source tools go a long way in making great designs and improving productivity.

RS: I am usually at client places during the implementation phase of Microsoft Dynamics Product. As a technical consultant I customize the product according to client's requirements.

RS: Visiting client sites where I can learn most of the things and provide my services to the customers best to my capability.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
RS: Challenge lies in very phase of implementation, from the start to the time when it is at the Go-Live stage. New customizations excite me the most.

RS: Punctuality and hard work helps me to finish my job smoothly.
