Skyhigh Networks secures $40 Million in Series C Financing

Cupertino, CA, based Skyhigh Networks, a Cloud Visibility and Enablement Company, has raised $40 million in Series C financing from Greylock Partners and Sequoia, with participation from salesforce.com. The round brings Skyhigh Networks total funding to $66.5 million till now. Skyhigh plans to use the investment to further extend its growth in cloud security market, accelerate the company's expansion into international markets, and drive greater product innovation around Skyhigh's Discover, Analyze and Secure solutions. "With this funding, we will expand sales and double down on product innovation to continue to deliver the industry's most comprehensive, effective, and easyto- consume cloud security offering," says Rajiv Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO, Skyhigh Networks. Rajiv Gupta has more than 20 years of successful enterprise software and security experience, and is widely recognized as a pioneer of Web Services.

Over 200 enterprises including BMC Software, Cisco, CAA, Equinix, Diebold and DirecTV are using Skyhigh to gain unparalleled visibility and risk assessment, usage and threat analytics, and seamless access policy enforcement and data security across cloud services. These enterprises are using Skyhigh to adopt cloud services such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Software as a Service (SaaS) which are disrupting the industry. They are also utilizing the Skyhigh services to consistently enforce their security, compliance, and governance policies on cloud services whether they are accessed from their corporate network or off-network.
