With a motto of “work towards excellence” and a never ceasing smile, Srinivasan has dealt with every responsibility that has come his way.
He takes over as Chief Human Resource Officer for Amtex Infotech Pvt. Ltd, an IT Consulting and Services Company at Chennai. Srinivasan is heading the Human Resource management and training functions besides professional services business.
Shifting from government services into the corporate world, Srini, as he is popularly known, has had a varied exposure with Hindustan Motors, Polaris Software, Goldstone Technologies and Reliance Infocomm to name a few, before joining Amtex.
An MBA with specialization in Organizational Development and Finance, he is also a visiting professor for Loyola Institute Of Business Administration (LIBA), IIT Madras and an adjunct faculty in BITS, Pilani. “I intend to develop projects that would comprise added interaction between the industry and the campus,” he says.
Donning several hats of Marketing, Strategic Planning, HR, Technology and Management Consulting, Srini has always held on to the agenda of personal integrity and being socially sensitive.
