The entrepreneurial enthusiasm of people across the country would get a boost with the unveiling of ‘TiE entrepreneurial Summit 2008’ to be held from December 16-18 in Bangalore.

Positioned to be the largest entrepreneurial event in Asia, the summit would witness more than 1,400 delegates, 100 speakers, a horde of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, academics, industry and thought leaders, and other stakeholders from various industries congregating on a single platform. The logo of the event was unveiled on 20th August.

“After two very successful editions in the past, this year’s event will be more comprehensive because it will involve a wider segment of the entrepreneurial landscape, and hence more global. It will also encourage the participation of other startup support organizations,” said Pradeep Kar, President, TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Bangalore Chapter.

TiE was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley in the U.S., with a mission to foster entrepreneurship globally, by a group of entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals.
