AKR: Development and maintenance of security applications. I am also in charge of release and deployment of the product.

ST: What do you like about your job?
AKR: Working in a small company gives me a lot of scope for professional and personal growth. Adding to my joy here is an informal workplace setting and very cooperative peers.

ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
AKR: Scarcity of time. There is always a steady stream of new ideas to get incorporated into our products but there is no sufficient time to pursue all of them.

ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
AKR: Having a great team of engineers to work with goes a long way to making my job easier here.
