VG: Pre-sales technical support to the client, which ensures that the product will work according to the client’s requirement.

ST: What do you like about your job?
VG: Building new relationships by providing customer satisfaction.

ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
VG: Providing solutions to the customers in an acceptable time frame, while at the same time keeping track of their various requirements.

ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
VG: Relationship, relationship, and relationship.

Striving for quality

ST: What do you like about your job?
SS: Working on a product, which brings livelihood to so many designers across the globe. The next thing I like is the huge responsibility that comes with the job.

SS: Keeping the quality levels high for the complete product and maintaining it every time.

ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
SS: Interacting with end-user customers and working closely with them on almost a day-to-day basis. This helps us give what they want.

GS:Chip floor planning excites me a lot when it comes to meeting the strict area constraints posed by our clients.

GS: Staying close to office, good exercise to bust out the stress, and a positive attitude.
