RG: Expertise of my company in the field of application and Internet security.

MK: The right mix of technical and functional responsibilities that come with it. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? MK: Working on critical customer issues and giving solutions ahead of the time specified. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? MK: Time management makes my job a lot easier. As I have to work on various issues at the same time, understanding the difference between ‘Urgent’ and ‘Important’ is the key.

As every project is unique in its own way, mastering the subject is another challenge. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? SB: Since the IT industry is a knowledge industry, keeping abreast of the relevant subjects on regular basis helps me catch up with the industry’s pace.
