AK: I closely work with Field Application Engineers and the System Engineering team to fix Layer1 related bugs. I am also responsible for GUI development.

AK: I am interested in interacting with customers and analyzing how they perceive us.

AK: Monitoring performance as exhaustively as possible without affecting scalability.
