Rajendra Mruthyunjayappa, who has been with Talisma for over nine years and has played several roles in engineering, services, business operations, and business development, recently took over as its Managing Director, Asia Pacific Operations.

An engineering graduate from Mysore, he has a rich background in Information Technology and has worked with Aditi Technologies and Visual Commerce before joining Talisma. With over a decade of experience working in the U.S. managing global services operations, Mruthyunjayappa has been instrumental in setting up various global support programs at Talisma.

Positive attitude, perseverance and adaptability to change are what drive him to excel in all his endeavors.

A love for leadership and management made him shift from the technology side to the management side, which, he says was the turning point in his career. For budding techies his advice is to decide whether he wants to develop technical leadership or management skills and then work towards achieving it. A good leader, Mruthyunjayappa loves to lead and nurture people.

His love for golf, squash, and driving has helped him develop a competitive edge with and team spirit, and a strength to accept defeats and learn from it to emerge victorious.
