Switch in success

A jump from the large ocean into a small pond,” is how K S Rajaram describes his latest switch in role from Wipro’s General Manager in engineering solutions to his present position of Vice President of Product Engineering Services at Trianz Corporation.

As for Rajaram, he could not have been happier implementing his already proven strategies on a new platform. He is willing to admit the current constraints the company faces in terms of competition and performance, but nevertheless, is upbeat about the resurrection of the same.

“Triaz is still growing, but it possesses immense potential to develop in leaps and bounds and that is where I step in to help it achieve that goal,” asserts the new V.P.
Rajaram, who has been part of the wireless sector ever since it took off in the country in `95, is rooting for increased product-specific training in organizations. For him, this optimizes possibilities for engineers to make a comfortable descent into the depths of engineering and product development. Something, which he thinks is lacking in today’s industry.

Fresh after appointing Ganesh Venkataraman as Chief Financial Officer just two months back, the management consulting and technology services firm seems to be ramping up its administration strategically. Incidentally, Venkataraman was previously also with Wipro.
