An outgoing, independent, and a result oriented person, Audrey Chang recently joined 3Com as the Market Manager – SMB for the Asia Pacific region. She has over 12 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in IT marketing, volume product management, and SMB marketing and has held key marketing positions at Motorola Electronics, 3M Technologies, and more recently at Avaya where she was the Regional Marketing Manager.

At Avaya, she was responsible for planning and managing marketing and channel programs and the focus was primarily in the enterprise space in the ASEAN. Talking about her current role Audrey says, “At 3Com, I will spearhead the company’s regional marketing strategies, focusing on the SMB space. Besides working with 3Com’s distributors and SMB resellers across the region to drive product sales and services, I am also committed to branding 3Com’s leadership in the SMB market.”

She believes that business integrity and teamwork are necessary for a good leadership. She advises young techies to keep up with fast changing technology landscape and be passionate, proactive, and focused on execution that delivers results.

Audrey has graduated with Bachelors (Economics) in management studies from the University of London and was awarded Honors. Outside work, she enjoys playing tennis and regularly takes part in marathons. Currently, she is training for the 10 km run that will take place in Singapore in October.
