ST: What is your job there?
HI: Designing and developing applications and tools in the Wireless Sensor Network domain.
ST: What do you like about your job?
HI: Highly specialized work, which involves algorithm design and development. The work also gives me exposure to management.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
HI: Working for a startup has its own share of challenges. Ensuring finance and other resources as well as juggling my role constantly to adapt to the needs of the company is very challenging.
ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
HI: It makes a lot of sense to run your product through proper quality cycles even before submitting it to the QC department. A thorough Development Testing phase ensures that the QC cycle is not wasted on finding silly issues and thereby improves your time-to-market.
