Apple announces Mac OS X Server Leopard

Leopard is the sixth major release of Mac OS X and is packed with a plethora of more than 300 new features. “Early indications are that Leopard will be a huge hit with customers,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO. “Leopard’s innovative features are getting great reviews and making more people than ever think about switching to the Mac,” he added.
In India, the new version of the software will be sold at Rs 6,200 for the single-user version and at Rs 9,660 in a five-user family pack. Leopard Server can run on any Macintosh computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5, or G4 (867 Mhz or faster) processor, a minimum of 1GB RAM, and at least 20GB of available disk space.
