With Gartner having estimated the size of the global infrastructure market between $86 billion to $150 billion, his confidence has only strengthened. In his new role, Dr. Savla, is responsible for building and growing the IMS business worldwide and implementing strategic service offerings for a fleet of FORTUNE 1000 companies. Savla allocates his secret of success to team building and follows his mantra of ‘people retention, better services.’ He explains, “High morale among employees leads to higher retention and quality services which in turn helps in creating new offerings for the company.” A sports enthusiast, Savla’s key in life is to get people to live up to their goals. He was involved in global services delivery as vice president in Computer Science Corporation (CSC) prior to joining Patni.
