ST: What is your job there? STA: Mentoring QA team to deliver customer requirements as per their expectations.
ST: What do you like about your job? STA: Freedom of opinion, informal work culture, flexible timings, and proximity to my house.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job? STA: Instances of delivering products in short notice without proper documented requirements as it forces us to anticipate customer's expectation.
ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? STA: Test automation tools like Netstorm, Perl, and Shell Scripting along with ample testbed servers make our job of accomplishing successful testing easier.

ST: What is your job there? SKR: Suggest, develop, and manage web applications to support different advertising campaigns of the client. I am also responsible for the growth, profitability, and client relationships.
ST: What do you like about your job? SKR: I love to be intellectually challenged. I also love learning from mistakes. I enjoy having the ability to take a project from concept to implementation, to see it from end-to-end.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job? SKR: Ensuring a realization among peers that everyone's strengths are different is a challenge. Such a realization produces people who have confidence, respect for others, and willingness to work with them.
ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? SKR: A collaborative work environment and having our clients involved on a continuous, real time, face-to-face basis in the course of work make my going easier.

ST: What is your job there? MMR: I work with a development project in Java for an insurance client in the USA. I am responsible for project release planning, prototyping, and code walkthroughs.
ST: What do you like about your job? MMR: I like the responsibilities that come with the job such as requirement analysis and prototyping.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job? MMR: It is quite a challenge to keep myself updated with the ever-changing technology that brings you something new to learn and implement every now and then.
ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? MMR: Meetings. I find meetings to be excellent fora to learn and share ideas. It helps both the individual and the team. |
