Bay Talkitec initiates expansion through Global R&D facility Date:   Wednesday , November 05, 2008 Expanding its research and development capabilities, the computer telephony integration business application developer, Bay Talkitec, has opened a global research and development (R&D) facility in Bangalore. The Chennai based Bay Talkitec is a player in the line of 3G mobile VAS video applications. The company will spend $2 million in the first year of operations at the newly inaugurated 4000 sq. feet facility, focused on research and development for a wide range of technology products and platforms in the area of 3G Mobile VAS, Next Generation Contact Center solutions such as IVVR, and Video enabled call centers. The global facility will start operations with 100 employees, and has plans to double the number in the next two years.
