He joins Spike Source after a career of almost a decade in Satyam Computer Services. Shastri, a graduate from Indian Institute of Science, is a hard core techie with 27 years of industry experience. A nature lover, he was enchanted by the blue hills and dense forests of the Kaziranga National Park during a recent visit to Assam. He identifies Singapore and Malaysia as the best tourist locations worldwide. A leader himself in Spike Source, he believes that a good leader is one who communicates well with his team, and works towards building a future. “Because we win only as a team,” he says. Maintaining the customers’ confidence by listening to them and prioritizing one’s work efficiently makes the ride to success a smooth one, explains Shastri, while urging upcoming techies to understand the context before building the application.
