SP: I am part responsible for the work carried out in the cryptography and software installation area of Symbian OS. ST: What do you like about your job? SP: The fact that my work touches millions of people worldwide using a Symbian OS powered Smartphone. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? SP: Technically, introducing new product features while maintaining backward compatibility with previous OS releases is challenging. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? SP: A very supportive team of smart engineers to work with and a management committed to innovation.

HB: Process re-engineering, creating training modules, and conducting in-house training for the team and creating quality based structured process flows for audits and compliance testing ST: What do you like about your job? HB: Bringing in quality in audits and developing automation solutions for efficient labor, time, and cost management and analysis in MIS ST: What do you find challenging about your job? HB: Creativity in thoughts to close GAPS logically, on time delivery of projects, and training peers who are much elder and experienced than I am. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? HB: I have created an Excel VB tool that auto summarizes the task to be closed for the day and times it accordingly.
