AS: On a day to day basis my job includes a variety of responsibilities starting from understanding and challenging business in their work, their needs with the IT systems we build, converting business needs into IT solutions, development and testing of the IT solutions. ST: What do you like about your job? AS: The most interesting and at the same time challenging part of my work is to understand and translate business needs into an IT solution which is acceptable to all. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? AS: A continued exposure to the same business domain and related IT systems increase my efficiency each time I solve a new issue. In addition exposure to newer trends in application development with a focus on system designs. ST: What are your hobbies? SS: I enjoy travelling, photography, dancing and painting
