How did your company originate? This company Ramyam Intelligence Lab was established in 2009, headquartered at Kasturba Road, Bangalore, Karnataka. The idea of enhancing the customer service is the core objective behind the company\'s origin.Customer\'s disappointing experience is an issue for every business, so our innovative product enliven CEM for Customer Experience Management(CEM) originated to measure and enhance the customer experience. The product improves customer experience by creating customer association and customer profiling. This provides a three dimensional view of our customers\' needs, demands, issues and provides actionable intelligence, which helps to create targeted services.
What inspired you to conceptualize the company? Our understanding that CEM can act as a key differentiator for enterprises and that the same is an under explored domain, the company delved deep to build product and solutions in CEM area.
What was the original vision? We prioritise customers top in our list and we found CEM as a goldmine revolving around our set priority, which moved us towards our vision of understanding them and provide CEM solutions to enterprises through our product.
Describe your product? Basically, this product is to serve customers in five sectors- Telecom, Banking, Retail, Travel and Automotive. Our enliven CEM based solutions empower the businesses for developing multi-dimensional customer insight and offer personalized services.Today\'s renowned telecom operators, top banks, insurance companies and travel companies are piloting our experience enhancement solutions to enhance their customers’ experiences and accelerate their growth.
Is your company funded? The company was bootstrapped by close friends who realized the potential of the unique solutions offerings by Ramyam.
Please provide how your product gives value for your customers? Our product, enliven CEM uses complex in-built algorithms which are based on mathematical models to generate off-the-shelf and configurable Next Best Actions (NBAs) targeted at individual customer needs and Best Business Actions (BBAs) for the internal workflow to enhance the customer experiences. Our enliven CEM addresses the big data challenge for multiple domains and business processes to derive customer insight with actionable intelligence and launches actionability across preferred touch points.
What were the challenges you faced in finding first few customers? Convincing the customers about the necessity of our product for their own benefit was the key challenge which we confronted with. The strategies we followed was to sell the product, only if they are satisfied with the result after one month of trial. Fortunately, the strategy had fetched us positive outcomes.
What do the next 12 months hold for your company? Expansions in Employee and Geographical levels: We will definitely have multiple SI partners and our own Sales team in next one year in regions across the world, including US and Europe. In terms of Employee strength, we may grow to 100-150 by the end of next year.
What is your advice for the first time entrepreneurs? Emerging entrepreneurs should be ready to embrace change, as the market dynamics will bring more opportunities to innovate.
