GR: I have an enriching experience in all aspects of my work, be it developing complicated new programs, conducting technical training sessions, monitor trainees, managing the training operations per team. Every step has been an experience in itself, reiterating the fact that learning is a continuous process. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? GR: With our experience we think we are master of IT, but we always have lack accurate knowledge on specific things. In my job I have the timeframe and work environment to learn everything. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? GR: I believe supporting people around you is the best way to energize them and get the most out of them. ST: What are your hobbies? GR: On weekends I unwind by spending quality time with my young family. I love bike riding that too specifically long rides.
