Google Launches Superphone, Nexus One

Google has launched Nexus One, powered with 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, which the company calls a Superphone. It has a 512MB RAM memory and comes with a 4GB removable SD card that can be extended upto 32 GB.

The phone has 3.7-inch AMOLED 480x800 WVGA display, a 5 megapixel camera, and weighs 130 g. In terms of audio, it has a 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack with four contacts for inline voice and remote control. Google says it would sell the phone from its website for Rs. 24,000 ($530) and will ship the phones to the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong apart from the US.
