While there seems to be a lot of hierarchical work structure here, we decided to eliminate it and provide more transparency and flexibility to our employees,\" explains Praveen. BSL believes in open communication within team and encourage participation as well as sharing responsibility with all team members. The company is a staunch believer of maintaining a work-life balance with employees and do not expect them to do regular overtime or weekend work. \"We believe in productive time in office rather than overall time spent in front of the machine,\" says Praveen. Although, BSL may still be regarded as a small player in the IT domain based purely on Company size, we feel proud to be servicing some of the top global players such as BBC, Unilever, National Grid, CADLine or WeSuite. With an aim to spread out the business in the U.S., BSL plans to expand further in the mobile application domain. \"We are doing investments in the mobile domain. In the next 3 years, we are gearing up to be a 75+ employees firm.
